Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MedScribe's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Service Description
MedScribe provides AI-powered clinical documentation, including SOAP note generation, real-time transcription, clinical coding assistance, EHR integration, and patient summary generation.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to generate fraudulent medical documentation or engage in any unlawful activity. All generated documentation should be reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider.
5. Intellectual Property
Clinical documentation generated through our platform is owned by you. MedScribe retains rights to the underlying technology, AI models, and platform.
6. HIPAA Compliance
MedScribe complies with HIPAA regulations. We execute Business Associate Agreements with all customers. Patient data is encrypted end-to-end and never used to train our AI models.
7. Limitation of Liability
MedScribe Health Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our platform provides AI-assisted documentation and should not substitute clinical judgment.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
